GROUP SUPPORT SESSIONS

GROUP MENTORING FOR LGBTQIA+ WOMEN
(including those who are unsure)

Less Surface Level is all about honest, human conversations; the kind that make us feel seen, messy, and whole. These sessions are an extension of that: a space for you to explore your queerness, identity, relationships, and sense of belonging with curiosity and care. As a Medicare-accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist, I bring together lived experience, evidence-based practice, and creativity to support you in exploring who you are and how you want to move through the world.

TELL ME MORE

What is this space?

This is a reflective and therapeutic mentoring space designed to help you deepen your connection with yourself and others.
It’s not about fixing or defining; it’s about growing into your truth with curiosity and compassion.

Together, we explore:

  • Coming into your queer identity with confidence and self-trust

  • Building belonging and community

  • Navigating relationships, dating, and communication

  • Understanding your emotional landscape

  • Integrating queerness into daily life, work, and purpose

Who is this for?

These sessions are for anyone who is:

  • Exploring or questioning their queer identity

  • Reconnecting with themselves after change, burnout, or heartbreak

  • Seeking guidance from someone who understands queerness and mental health firsthand

  • Ready to step into their next chapter of authenticity and self-acceptance

You don’t have to have it all worked out. It's about exploring what’s true for you.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and create. In Geelong, we pay our respects to the Wadawurrung People of the Kulin Nation, and in Melbourne, to the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung People of the Kulin Nation.

We recognise their enduring connection to land, waters and community, and we honour Elders past and present. We acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
